Seasoned franchise development executive with deep experience across senior care, franchise operations, and business growth spanning multiple industries.
Mr. Moura has been our Manager and Board Member at Large since December 2025, based in San Clemente, California. He has served as Chief Development Officer of Amada Senior Care since January 2013 and as President of Franchise Revolution Ventures, Inc. since December 2014.
From June 2019 until November 2023, he was a Broker with the International Franchise Professional Groups. Since December 2021, he has been a Director of Avendelle Assisted Living LLC in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He has held leadership roles across multiple franchise and business development organizations throughout his career, bringing deep expertise in franchise growth, operations, and strategic investment.
