Gilbert, Arizona — Feb 16, 2025 — Majestic Residences franchise systems announced the acquisition of Avendelle Senior Living Franchise, significantly expanding its footprint and establishing a scaled platform in the rapidly growing residential assisted living (RAL) sector.
The acquisition adds 17 operating homes and 6 homes in active development, immediately positioning Majestic Residences as the largest residential assisted living provider in North Carolina and the second-largest franchised residential assisted living provider in the nation, strengthening its national expansion trajectory. The addition will give Majestic Residences 34 operating homes with over 10 in development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Avendelle Senior Living will be integrated into the Majestic Residences platform, with Avendelle’s experienced corporate team retained to ensure operational continuity and preserve institutional knowledge. The combined organization will operate under the Majestic Residences unified brand, systems, and growth strategy.
