What do you see n this picture that could make a family NOT CHOOSE THIS residential assisted living home?
In this picture, many things could make a family leave “skid marks” and choose another residential assisted living home. One thing I wanted to point out was the living room recliner on the patio. I have visited many homes that, for some reason, have recliners and couches outside. Why would anyone do this? Among others, rodents and scorpions would love to nest in one of those cozy little temples, and families know it.
While some homeowners may think the patio is a great storage place, families notice and run for the hills.
